Sol Luna Aesthetics Policy

At Sol Luna Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To protect our practice, providers, and patients, we have established the following policies:

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $125 fee charged to the card on file.
If you choose to move forward with treatment on the same day, the fee will be applied toward your service.
If you do not proceed with treatment, the fee will be retained by the practice in consideration of the provider’s consultation time.

Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment—or deciding to leave after arrival without receiving treatment—will be considered a no-show.
A $125 no-show fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.

A complete and accurate medical history form is required for all new and existing patients before treatment.
Clinical photography is mandatory and used strictly for medical documentation, progress tracking, and compliance with industry standards.

Consultation Policy

A consultation at Sol Luna Aesthetics requires a $125.00 fee. This is a personalized medical appointment where we assess your medical history, take photos for proper clinical documentation, and listen to your concerns. During this appointment we curate a customized treatment plan tailored specifically to your unique needs.
You leave with more than just recommendations—you gain an understanding of your options, and a roadmap designed for your goals and lifestyle.
By charging for consultations, we ensure our schedule is reserved for clients who are ready to invest in themselves and their confidence. At Sol Luna Aesthetics, consultations are never rushed or cookie-cutter. They’re the foundation of the trusted, results-driven relationships we build with our clients.
