Meet the Team

Dr. Sophie Lanter is the founder and CEO of Sol Luna Aesthetics. The brand was inspired by her personal journey into the world of healthcare. As a former collegiate athlete, her passion has always been health and wellness. She was driven by her curiosity about the body, how to make it function at maximum capacity, and how socioeconomic, genetic, and environmental factors played into effect. After taking the jump, and moving from New York to Florida in 2012, Dr. Lanter enrolled in Florida Atlantic University's Exercise Science and Health Promotion program. Upon graduation, she realized her true passion lied within the niche field of aesthetic medicine and decided to venture into the world of nursing, enrolling herself in Chamberlain University's accelerated BSN program. In an effort to provide the highest quality of care for her patients, Dr. Lanter continued to pursue education at FAU to become a Nurse Practitioner at the Doctoral level-the highest academic degree that can be awarded in the field. During this time, Dr. Lanter received the Excellence in Leadership Award, has became a published scholar, as well as simultaneously completed separate, advanced trainings in aesthetic medicine, complication management, and regenerative medicine-giving her a deep understanding of how to work with each individual to create beautifully natural results. Blossoming from both her passion for wellness and beauty, Dr. Lanter would come to develop the concept for Sol Luna Aesthetics. 

Hi, I’m Lainey Billings, a Medical Assistant at Sol Luna Aesthetics and a recent graduate of Florida Atlantic University. I’ve always had a passion for skincare and aesthetics, and I love getting to help patients feel confident in their own skin. Being able to learn more about treatments like Botox and fillers every day is so fascinating to me, and I’m excited to continue growing in the aesthetic industry. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the beach and soaking up the sunshine!

Chloe Lausten is Sol Luna’s office manager. Chloe graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in business administration. She has 7 years of experience in business administration and leadership as well as a deep-rooted passion for all things health and wellness. Chloe takes a holistic approach to mind, body & spirit, making her a perfect fit for the practice. She is an integral part of keeping Sol Luna running safely and efficiently. 

Hi, I’m Lindsay! I’m a Medical Assistant at Sol Luna Aesthetics, and I’m so excited to be part of the team. I graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2024 with a degree in Health Sciences, and I’m passionate about continuing to grow in the aesthetics field while learning side by side with Sophie. My long-term goal is to become a physician assistant, with a special interest in aesthetic medicine and injectables.
Outside of work, I love spending time at the beach (with sunscreen, of course), doing Pilates, and playing pickleball!

Graham Davis serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Sol Luna Aesthetics, leveraging over a decade of experience in financial planning and consulting. Since 2012, Graham has specialized in advising medical practices on optimizing cash flow and streamlining logistics to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
